Refund policy

1. Pricing Policy:

   • Our regular prices are set with consideration of industry benchmarks and supplier recommendations.
   • Mohan Jewellers' promotional offers represent savings off our regular ticketed prices for the item when it is not on sale and prior to any negotiated discounts.
   • In some instances, few or no sales may have occurred at the ticketed price prior to promotion.

2. Exchange Policy:

   • We are happy to exchange any item purchased within 30 days if accompanied by the original sales receipt.
   • Goods must be in an unworn, as-new condition. Mohan Jewellers reserves the right to decline a request for exchange or return if the goods appear to be worn and not in new condition.
   • We cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene purposes.

3. Refund Policy:

   • If any goods are faulty, we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy.
   • Please choose your purchases carefully, as we are not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase.
   • Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

4. Ring Sizing:

   • Not all rings are available in all sizes, and some purchases may incur a charge for resizing.

5. Video Surveillance & Photography:

   • This store is under 24/7 constant video surveillance using a closed circuit TV system.
   • Photography of any kind is strictly prohibited unless prior consent has been given by Store Management.

6. Customer Identification:

   • Customers may be asked to show photo identification when viewing higher priced items.

If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy, however, Mohan Jewellers is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at mohanjewellers.com.au@gmail.com and use "Return" in your subject line of the email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you've made a purchase from our website for yourself or as a gift and need to return the product, we will exchange the item for another product(s) or a Mohan Jewellers digital gift card if returned within 30 days of dispatch. The goods must be in an unworn and new condition.

Damages and issues
If purchasing online, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.  We cannot accept returns for earrings due to hygiene purposes. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
